The Chiddushei HaRim writes, the 36 candles of Chanuka illuminate the 36 days from 25 Kislev till the end of Teves. This energy is contained in kapitel 36.

Once or thrice during the week, most important, Shabbos.

Try to say/learn this kapitel a few times during the week. Most important is to say in on Shabbos.
Only Yosef (tzaddik yesod olam) is impervious to ayin hara (Esav’s eye of doom). Rochel (malchus) is most vulnerable to ayin hara. She was also pregnant with Binyomin (an additional malchus element).
Someone must protect Rochel, and Yosef is the only one who can do it.
Let’s focus on kapitel 144. Some significant points here connecting to our parsha this week: War and salvation. Pointless people. Big talkers. Successful children. Healthy flocks. Security and serenity.
Try to recite this kapitel a few times. Learning it with Rashi and friends would be superb. If the Hebrew is insurmountable, I recommend purchasing the Complete Artscroll Tehillim. It’s five volumes, authored by Rabbi Avrohom Chaim Feuer. See if you can find the full size. I found only the small size. The Treasury is also good, just missing 80% of the material.
Feedback is always welcome. Share your insights and complaints. Tehillim can also be learned chabura style!
